retavi is a spin-off of the renowned Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA in Stuttgart. Our team is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action as part of the EXIST Transfer of Research program.

Our mission is to provide the digital foundation for software-defined automation in production systems. We bring the advances of modern IT into manufacturing to help machine and plant engineering make the leap to fully virtual, transparent, and adaptable automation systems.
